• Virus and Malware Scanning and Repair of compromised Files; 2 Factor Authentication (2FA) when applicable; SSL; Failed logins fix; Logging out of idle users.

Password and User Management

• General users management. Changing/updating of passwords on the website, cPanel, FTP, and databases.

Site Backup and Restoration

• Complete regular website backups before making major changes or conducting maintenance. Restoring working website when necessary.

Spam Management

• Deletion of spam comments that may contain malicious links that could trigger malicious scripts on the website.

WordPress Files Management

• WordPress files monitoring, checking for updates and updating core files, plugins, themes

Themes and Plugins Management

• Regular Themes and Plugins updates and configurations. Deletion of unused themes and plugins.

WordPress Forms 

• Submission Forms review and the use of Google reCAPTCHA as an added security feature to prevent spam emails and unwanted signups.

Email Deliverability

• Ensuring that no emails are missed. Configuration and maintenance of mail server that WordPress uses to send email notifications.

Database Optimization

• Deletion of post revisions or old and unnecessary copies on the website to save space and keep the database in optimal condition.

Performance Tests

• Testing the website’s speed and keep the loading speed lower than 15 seconds

Fix 404 Errors

• Keeping the website’s pages and links free of errors. Fix when necessary.

Fix Broken Links

• Ensure all pages and links are accessible. Redirect to relevant pages when necessary.

Content and SEO Audit

• On-Page / On-Site SEO using SEO Plugin, preferably Yoast.

Media Library / Image optimization

• Resizing and optimization of images on the site. Clean up Media Library from unused files to save server disc space.

Analytics and Tracking Codes Review

• Regular check and review of Tracking codes (Google Analytics, Console, FB Pixel, GTM, etc.) to ensure it’s always live even after making changes on the website

Blog Publishing and Formatting

• We’ll publish blog posts as requested by the client. Blog Publishing maintains an internal standard in formatting, categorization, tagging, and graphics design and branding.

    1. Blog Post Featured Image
    2. In-Post Images
    3. In-Post Gallery (if applicable)
